Brief info
Anisha’s began dancing at the age of 6 under the tutelage of Jasmine Shah at Aangikam Dance Academy. She trained in Bharatnatyam, various Indian folk styles, and Bollywood, eventually becoming an assistant instructor, sharing her passion with young learners. In college, Anisha continued dancing as member, choreographer and captain of Dhadak, a fusion dance team where she dabbled in styles like hip hop, step, bhangra, and ballet. After graduate school, Anisha joined BollywoodFunk NYC Dance Company. Beyond the stage, Anisha is a teacher, mother of two, and avid baker.
